EMOTIONAL AGILITY is a unique, tailor-made coaching program that will help you understand who you really are, not what you think you are. The main pillars of this program are learning psychological flexibility (ACT Therapy model) and building positive experiences (Positive Psychology).
This program is completely different from anything you have ever tried before, meaning, during our sessions we don’t focus on problems, traumas, or weaknesses. Our conversations will be about your virtues, character strengths, values, what you love, what you admire, what makes you happy and feel alive (building useful internal voices).
During the sessions I will guide you not only to relearn how to think and to reinterpret some life events, but also to realign your daily actions to your intrinsic values, enhancing your natural strengths and qualities.
This program does not intend to alter your beliefs, but rather, to reacquaint you with who you really are, so that you will create your experiences deliberately.
We create our own life experience with our thoughts, feelings, and actions and that’s the reason it’s essential to learn how to guide our thoughts in the right direction, because we always get what we’re thinking about (live goals¹).
“Watch your thoughts, they become your words; watch your words, they become your actions; watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny.”
― Lao Tzu
¹In Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the concept of "live goals" refers to goals that are rooted in the present moment and are consistent with one's core values.
Live goals are different from traditional goals, which are often future-focused and based on specific outcomes that a person wants to achieve. Live goals, on the other hand, focus on the process of moving towards a valued direction in life, rather than just achieving a specific outcome.
Your mind is like a muscle, it needs to work if you want it to grow.
EMOTIONAL AGILITY is for those who …
… give attention to what is important in their lives and take ownership of it, understanding that we create our lives with our thoughts, feelings, and actions.
… understand that life always gets better if we allow it.
… want to learn how to address unhelpful thoughts and learn to build helpful and wise ones.
… want clarity, because each material desire holds an emotional desire.

About me
I have a master’s in Linguistics and have been working with diplomats and executives since 2000. Throughout these years, my work has been based on discourse analysis, the study of social life, analyzing the language in its widest sense (including face-to-face conversation, non-verbal interaction, images, symbols, and documents), investigating meaning, whether in conversation or in culture, and explaining language in use.
Since 2006, I have been an independent scholar in ACT Therapy, learning and applying the tools for psychological flexibility.
And last but not least, I am specialized in Positive Psychology from the best Universities in the U.S., teaching how we can develop our character strengths and virtues.

More details about this program
In this program you will be able to practice interventions with me proposed by science², learning about yourself in a different way.
◇ Learning about strengths in a CONTEXT enables you to come up with a balanced narrative by exploring your strengths from multiple perspectives, helping you create meaningful and achievable goals using your signature strengths, while developing others.
◇ The more virtues you have, the happier you are, because happiness is the sum of developed virtues.
²All the exercises are scientifically tested by renowned scientists in the field.
If you think you have a good life, wait to see, it will get better and better.
◇ During sessions, you will learn to nurture your positive relationships and explore the meaning and purpose of your life.
◇ Some of the findings of positive psychology seem like common sense, however it’s the job of science to empirically prove or disprove what we consider as common wisdom. Sometimes common sense is common, sometimes it’s not.
◇ Even if you have been in therapy for years, you will learn about yourself in a completely different way. You are not who you think you are – you are not your problems and flaws. You will get to know who you really are and what you really want for your life.
